Marko Vignjevic was born on the 9 th of August, 1978 in Belgrade, Serbia. He first began writing poetry while in high school in 1994, only to graduate to fiction in 2005. After finishing high school in Belgrade, he studied Law at Belgrade University only to drop out after one year. He then enrolled at the Faculty for International Management, European University from which he graduated in 2003. His writing history includes the following published works: The Peacock Agenda, Catalogue Diabolique, Writings of a Wretch, Shezlez the Self-Proclaimed, Young Drudgers, one book published in Serbia, Očevo mleko (Father’s Milk), and Matter Me Not.
